The Britomart Transport Center consists of a single tri-level building tailored to provide all passengers with basic amenities. Food establisments, ATMs, information kiosks, restrooms, and small shops are located in the concourse of the first level. The B1 and B2 Levels can be accessed via escalators on the opposite end of the building. Train platforms and additional restrooms are located on the B1 Level. Handicapped or limited mobility can easily navigate the facility and access each level via elevator.

Passengers that have general questions regarding services and business available within the terminal station can ask a friendly train station ambassador at the information desk near the escalators.
