As long as you cancel your rental 48 hrs prior to your pickup window you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel less than 48 hrs you will still receive a refund, but may incur a small $75 USD fee. No shows however are responsible for the full cost of the rental. Similar to other trusted rental suppliers, Dollar has age restrictions on some of their rentals. These age restrictions are different depending on country. For instance, Dollar in Mexico has a minimum rental age of 18, but a maximum age of 70. On the other hand Killarney has a minimum age of 27 and a max of 75. Drivers are expected to refill their cars within a 10 mile radius of their drop-off location. If you do not know where the nearest refueling station is, simply ask the rental agent where one is so you can be better prepared when returning your vehicle.
