The best thing was the staff and how they helped when I accidentally left my phone in the car after dropping the key when I returned the car. One of the guys even drove me to the right terminal to catch my flight because I was already late. That's pretty much the best customer experience I can imagine. " The booking went very well. He told me that if I could pick up the car before 2pm I could have a Europcar rental that was much less expensive. I had already checked with Europcar that their car could be taken on a Ferry to Germany. He called them and verified it. Very pleased. "
" Pickup went smoothly - was upgraded with a brand new automatic with GPS car. Dropoff was quick but basically he said everything was ok and to get on the yellow bus. After our 2011 experience with them I would have liked a signed statement showing the condition, mileage and gas level. I should have taken photos of the dash and the exterior to feel protected. Fortunately by 4am the next morning, when I was mad at myself for not taking the photos, I received a statement showing that I only owed the 150 dkk for taking the car out of the country. A day later the credit card amount was visible online at my bank. "

It would have been nice to handle the drop-off paperwork near to where I was asked to park the car, there was a closed office, but I had to drag my luggage up the street a couple of blocks to the main rental office to handle the paper work there.
