This railway station has been the subject of numerous works of art. Claude Monet exhibited seven impressionist paintings of the station. Throughout his lifetime, Monet painted Gare Saint-Lazare 11 times. Passengers needing to use ATMs or exchange currency can do so at the Thomas Cook Bureau de Change, located inside the concourse. The facility contains 27 platforms in the main part of the station.
