Where to Find the Car Rental Desks at Paris CDG Airport

As one of the biggest airports in Europe, finding car rental desks can be a bit challenging if it's your first time in the CDG Airport. Car rental pick-up service is available in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Terminal 3 has no service counter, but there is a secure key drop box for returning your car. Most flights arriving at Paris CDG airport from the United States will land in Terminal 1.

• Terminal 1: You can pick up your rental car on the Arrivals level. Car rental service desks are between gates 24 and 30 on this level.
• Terminal 2A/B/C/D: Pick up your rental car at the "Espace Service" between 2A and 2C and 2B and 2D.
• Terminal 2E/F: You can pick up your car rental at Gate 2 on the Arrivals level. Between terminals 2E and 2F, there will be an outdoor parking area.
• Terminal 2G: There is no service counter in Terminal 2G to pick up your rental car. There is a secure drop box to return keys, but travelers arriving in Terminal 2G must hop on the free shuttle bus to Terminal 2F.
• Terminal 3: There is no service counter in Terminal 3 to pick up your rental car. There is a secure drop box to return keys, but rental car pick-up desks are located in Terminals 1 and 2.
