" The check in on 4/20/14 was very time consuming (30 minutes and I was the first customer of the morning). The directions to the car park were not specific (should give a detailed map with directions and distance). I was given a larger car which worked well and gave good gas mileage, but because of its size was difficult to park in cities. The check in at the conclusion was well executed "

" In our travels to France we have always leased with Auto Europe and have never been disappointed. On this trip we were very appreciative of the gentleman representative at the Bordeaux Airport. He took the time and effort to explain all aspects of the vehicle and upon return was again on time and helpful. "

" EXCELLENT. Want to especially thank the Peugeot dealership in Bias/Mimizan. We stopped there for instructions on the GPS, specifically to map out a trip. A young man was asked to assist us and he was patient and spent all the time needed to explain the use and actually entered our routing. Am certain this kind of customer service to a leasee is exceptional and we are most appreciative, so we liked the vehicle, it performed well and turns out those employed in Mimizan perform exceptional well as well. "
