" Auto Europe "saved our bacon". We needed to rent a car one way from Zurich to Frankfurt and no one would rent to us. Auto Europe made it happen for which we are very grateful. "

When I returned the car, two of them were actually duplicates of the first two in German. I filled out forms stating that the damages were present when I signed the agreement, but I'm not sure if I will be mistakenly charged for them. "

" Excellent car provided - through well-established company; delivery was as requested. Price was better than I could have achieved by myself after much more work. Why do it any other way. Only "difficulty" was the period between ordering and knowing the car would be available as requested. "

" Despite the fact that i booked the vehicle without confirming the rental , there was no record of the voucher's number at the front desk at Zurich airport. Amount offered for a new vehicle much higher ( triple price !). Rented vehicle at another company . "

" Everything was fine - the car was really good but a little bit too small. We had snowboards and could only just get these in the back. It was a real squeeze. Ideally the option or question should be raised as to whether snow sports equipment is to be carried and a more appopriate sized car provided. "

" We got a car that did not have proper winter tires, even thoug we told the service personell that we were going to drive over mountain passes. Lukily we asked for snow chains, if not we wold not have arrived to our destination at all. But the trip made a lot of discomfort for us. The tires was so bad that we had to change car after 4 days, because it was ruening our vacation. But when we got the new car it was better, and we could finaly go where we had planed. The only disenvantage with the new car was that it was smaler, so we had to leave one pair of skiis, because it was not enough spase in the new car. And it was difficult to get trough when we tryed to call the Zűrich department, we had to wait 1/2 hour to get help. "

" I find it very frustrating that CDW does not have a zero deductible (or maybe $100.00) as the process carefully inspecting the car in a dark airport garage for every scratch or dent and having it documented is a huge aggravation, as is the process of documenting the car's condition upon return by taking photos. The uncetainty that they will find a scratch that you missed on the original inspection and attempt to charge you for it also detracts from the car rental experience whey you want to relax and enjoy your vacation. "
" The Hyundai station wagon I received really is a 'bulkier' car than I wanted and I would not rate it as 'similar' to a Golf hatchback, which I really wanted, but I'm sure you receive this complaint all the time. "
