Eliminating the amount of extra baggage that you need to carry will significantly lower your anxiety level when attempting to maneuver through terminals, stations and other various locations and finding a suitable family car rental will help keep everyone comfortable while traveling. If you need an infant, child or booster seat during your time abroad Auto Europe will be happy to help. We will contact the rental supplier in advance directly to confirm that there will be a safety seat waiting for you upon arrival at the rental counter. Most suppliers will ask for the age and weight when the request is made to ensure the right size seat is provided for your child/children. It is helpful to have these details on hand when making the initial equipment query.

Perhaps you are traveling to the Alps for some much needed R&R. Nothing ruins a good time like realizing ski racks and snow tires or chains are no longer available because you didn't reserve them in advance. Are you renting a car in France but traveling through Germany during the winter months? A driver who is in a car not equipped with winter tires in Deutschland will be fined if they are pulled over, regardless of whether you're just passing through! Even though you're traveling to a country where these accessories are a must, they do not necessarily come standard with your rental. Winter Fees	Depends on the location, many northern European countries will include the cost of winterization in the rental quote, while some places will not. The below example is from Spain. Snow Chains: $29.71, per day (maximum $66.00), VAT included, paid locally.
Driver Information	Young Driver surcharge: Drivers age 21 -24 are required to pay $24.10, per day (maximum $233.25), VAT included, paid locally.
