Do I need to be of a minimum age to rent a car with CarWiz?

Minimum Age is 18 for renting a car. Young Driver surcharge: Drivers age 18 -24 are required to pay EUR 10.00, per day (maximum EUR 100.00), VAT included, paid locally. Senior Driver Surcharge: Drivers over the age of 70 are required to pay approximately EUR 10.00, per day (maximum EUR 100.00), VAT included, paid locally.Additional Driver Fee: Each additional driver is EUR 10.00, per day, VAT included, paid locally.

What is the cancellation policy with CarWiz?

You can always call Auto Europe and let us know that you had a change of plan. Rentals can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to pick-up for most Auto Europe bookings. Confirm the cancellation policy by referring to your rental voucher or give our customer service team a call a 1-888-223-5555.

Can I book a rental car in Croatia and return it in another country?

Rental car suppliers sometimes have restrictions or additional fees for rentals picked up and dropped off in different locations, often to be paid locally. The estimated fee will be based on the specific car selected and displayed on the booking form prior to payment.
