Car rental desks at the Florence Peretola Airport are located off-site at the "Palagio degli Spini". Once passengers de-board their plane they should head towards the airport exit. In front of the Arrivals Hall exit, passengers will find a bus stop that brings passengers to the car rental desks. Shuttle buses run every 15-20 minutes from 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM, extended hours are available for delayed flights. It takes roughly 3-4 minutes to get from the "Arrivals" exit to the car rental desks.

For passengers returning their rental cars at the Peretola Airport, do not drive to the airport. Return your rental vehicle where you picked it up at the Palagio degli Spini. Travelers can enter "Via del Palagio degli Spini" into their GPS to be directed to the correct location.
