" The car was perfect. The pick up lady in Brussels was very informative a day calm. The drop off location at toulouse was a nightmare for me to find, i tried 3 times, I also forgot to advise drop off until the night before, the resulting urgent drop off from the wr ok ng carpark was accepted by your representative who calmly supported me in my drop off, he had no problem walking with me in the rain to get the car, he diligently checked the car for me to sign off. It was a very good experience and made the airport process ( often stressful) easy. Thanks guys "

But the option of having the "super" insurance coverage gave me a peace of mind. When we picked the car up the agen said "You are all covered with insurance on all aspects, that is very good" Thanks Auto Europe. "

" Overall, very pleased. My only small negative comment is that the agency in Brussels did not respond to my emails attempting to confirm pickup and return times. This was not really a problem since it was at a large airport, and they were open long hours. However, since I was specifically asked to confirm both pickup and return 4 working days in advance, it would have been nice to receive confirmation that my emails had been received. "

Which is rediculous as the price of the car is more then the biggest high end car they offer. The car had an engine issue which resulted in an issue with speed reduction on the highway until I pulled over and restart the car. "

" Auto Europe helped us this trip by revising our pick up time (necessitated by significant delay in our trans-Atlantic flight). We have rented many times thru A/E, always picking up cars off-airport to avoid the surcharge. I've become accustomed to finding only one pre-designated vehicle available to us instead of a choice among several. However, I think A/E could work with its suppliers to permit more numerous choices of vehicle at the renting stations. "

One even arranged to have money brought back to me after I'd left it in the car and the car had already left the airport for cleaning. We were lucky to have received aCitroen Berlingo, a rather boxy vehicle but one with room for 5 passengers and our luggage. "

" First, I would like to say the car was brand new and in perfect condition. The car had a built-in GPS which made our life much easier while traveling in Belgium and France. The only issue I had with the rental experience dealt with refueling the car. The contract showed the price per liter, the total liters, the cost, the word "Accepted", and my signature. My understanding based on this was that I had already been charged for a full tank of gas. They said that it was only blocked on my credit card. Of course, I was charged a lot for them to refill the tank which wasn't even full when I got it. I believe rental agencies intentionally confuse their customers in order to overcharge them. "

" 20 Euros a day for a GPS unit is very pricy, and I was unhappy to hear it cost that much. But, the man who helped me at check in allowed us to upgrade to a larger vehicle with built in GPS for far less than the hand-held GPS would have cost us, so that ended up working out perfectly. "

" We had asked for a small car, not a mini. But they gave us a larger Opel. Very comfortable, but in Belgium it was harder to park. As the spots are rather small. Check in went smooth, and no questions about insurance. As we had taken the premium plan. Check in was a little confusing on the final bill. They charged us for more local fees, but never did see the exact final payment due. Looks like we have to look at our credit card statement to make sure. "

At pickup I had not printed out the "voucher" requested at the pick up in Brussel. I therefore had to show a credit card, which I had already presented on the website when I made the order. This was tricky because with the registered payment on the web to eurocar I had reached the limit on my card.
