  • About the service from Auto Europe
  • I was not told that I would have to pay Hertz and additional $170 in taxes and fees in addition to the $100 local fee.
  • About the service from the local car rental company - HERTZ
  • The automatic lock on the car was not working and the customer service worker did not offfer to change the car. He also could not tell us the exact location of the stall when we picked up the car.
