The online process was very straightforward. The price offered was excellent. When I rented I had a choice of vehicle.

Prompt pick up and drop off, There was a choice of vehicle offered at pick up which was excellent. There was high pressure from the check in person to purchase Collision Damage Wavier insurance.

Good at all except i'd had to buy insurance. But National upgraded my car to Kia Sportage. So I'm very satisfied.

The voucher was for a WV golf or similar but I got a skoda skfa, hardly comparable to a WV golf. Moreover that car was lacking of maintainance: it was raining and the wipers were not working properly because they were too old.

what ever happened, i had booked aparently a car without insurance, they claimed they would not give me the car unless I booked an insurance for about 100 pounds with a limited liability of about 900 pounds

Pretty satisfied with rental price but basic insurance was missing! Yes, you warned me, but I think you should never give an offer without complimentary insurance.

I ordered an Intermediate 4 Door Car and the pic was of a VW Passat but I got a Chrysler Delta, which is a much smaller car. You should better fit your car features with those of the car rental company.

The service was great and the car we received was new and clean. the only dissatisfaction was that i booked the car based on the price but when i got to pick up the car I was told that I need to pay extra pound 25 a day which was not disclosed when i was booking the car online.
