Excellent location for pickup in Barcelona near Sant Railway Station. Friendly staff helpful with our poor Spanish. Should provide map of drop off at Barcelona airport although it is clearly marked once you get there. Drop off went very well. Car was clean - ran well.

The car was wonderful and drove great. The first half of the rental process went well and was fairly easy but we had great difficulty in returning the car to the Madrid Barajas Airport as there were no instructions as to the location of Auto Europe. Not speaking the language made it difficult to ask for directions and we did not find any signs marking where we should return the car to. It would have been helpful to have instructions upon receiving the car rental with directions to the location of the car return at our destination.

not a big fan of hertz in united states but barcelona locations employees are just wonderful. we had asked for hotel car pick up at the end of our vacation and were able to walk the whole barcelona thanks to them.

I wasn't too happy that you didn't include the airport fees in your quoted price. It deceptively gave the impression you were significantly cheaper than other car rental websites.

When we pick up, let us know that in case nobody is at the drop off what the procedures would be. I am still with anxiaty because people in europe are not as honest as in america, I wanted somebody to check that I return the car the car in same comditions as rwceived and even with more diesel that what I got.

Have somebody at the drop off to check the car and fuel so we can leave without being scared that I will be charged for example for gas, it would be my word towards yours
