I understand that it is up to the car renter to offer a car within the same cathegory but it would be better to set the right expectation, the car advertised was a Clio Renault and I was offered with a Kia Picanto... comparing a Kia Picanto to a Renault Clio is a bit extreme, in my opinion

cleaning of the cars could be better. Also cars could best be delivered without Centauro stickers.
