Auto Europe is the best company ever and it's the only car rental company I will ever use with its great discount as well. I got a $0 deductible rate for a wonderful price. Thanks again Auto Europe you will hear from me again.

Hertz was wonderful. They gave me no had time at all. From the time I arrived at the desk and received my car keys with the GPS all took no more than 10 min. Thanks again guys.

Rental vehicle had a front 'whobble' at certain speeds wich was a nuicance. Budget in Capetown has a tendency to 'top up' an already full gas tank and then, with the high petrol price, charge an additional small extra amount to the rental.

Hertz found a barely visible, tiny indentation that I absolutely did not cause and asked me to sign several forms stating that I was responsible and they could bill me for it. I was so offended. Someone easily could have missed it on a previous inspection. I did when I picked up the vehicle! In any event, they tried to force me to provide them with a copy of my driver's license, which I had given to the front desk. I told them that Hertz already had a copy. They said that the people at the front desk were not allowed to give them a copy of my driver's license. I told them that if their colleagues and their company did not trust them with all of the personal details on my driver's license, why should I? It was a horrible experience.

the 'system' worked well each time i have used it ... better as far as i am concerned than others i have used.

they are a bit slow... i had to suggest they look up my record from previous reservations to avoid a lot of transcription...
