National Car Rental tried to give us Mercedes C-class instead of Audi A6 or similar which was originally ordered by us. We had to inssist on a business class car. Fortunately they found the right one.

Auto Europe worked as smooth as glass. It could not have been easier. The only issue was an international drivers license was not needed.

It was an easy experience. I had my paperwork and they had theirs. I had a really good car. A low miliage Opel that easily held all 4 of us very comfortably. The space for luggage held our 4 small to medium suitcases easily. Even better was the car was a diesol engine which gave us great miliage and a lower price for fuel..

They would not inspect the car when we returned it, but only after it was cleaned. I did not feel good about that.

Good value, but information about which was tha actual car rental company was not suppl8ed and it caused us a delay in Wartsaw picking up the car.

Agent was not as helpful as he could be in resolvoing where we were to leave the car in Szczecin as the office indicated was now closed.

First there was no reservation under my name, then after showing a copy of my reservation there was no automatic car waiting for me!! I had to argue. It was frustrating.

people were very nice, price was fair. only complaint was that the store was not open 24/h a day.
