  • Procedure to return the car at the airport was very unclear particularly compared to one used to the US procedure. Not clear where to park the car, no one present to greet or guide, and one is left to pick a spot and go to the desk in the terminal with the key. When I told her the space number she politely replied "I know" (?) Otherwise very friendly, car was clean, late model Volvo and had the 5 speed manual and Diesel that I requested.
