I was very satisfied; however, the signage to the rental park in Florence is poor and must be improved. My wife spent about an hour looking for it and nearly missed our flight.

The rental went very well. Our only concern is the charge that they billed to our credit card as a deposit. I assume it will take several days to drop off. If that happens, we have not problems. If not . . . . . .. . .???

The Hertz desk in Naples was terribly understaffed upon arrival. We had to wait for shuttles to the Hertz desk for over 30 minutes (and later realized we could have walked there in less than 5 minutes) and then waited at the Hertz desk for another 45 minutes for our car. Return was a breeze but getting the car took too long, especially after international flights and long travel distance.

The facility is highly disorganized and under staffed. Along with 2 other travelers, the time to complete the 3 pre-arranged rentals took 2 hours. Entirely unacceptable.

Incredibly difficult picking up car as the two at the railway agency did not speak much English and fairly truculent . A very difficult transaction to just pick up the car taking far longer than necessary. Very frustrating and unsatisfactory. Folks we travelled with picking up car at same time had to wait about 2 hours to get their car so we were held up leaving Naples and starting our trip..

They closed the office where I was to pick the car up without your office or Europcar telling me. Had I not checked at their in- airport office five days beforehand, I would have been "car-less". Elizabeth, at your office, handled the issue very well. The car was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. I will use Auto Europe again and have already referred my daughter, Stephanie Roede, to you.

I brought the car back needing 1/4 tank of gas; they charged me $164 between gas and fees and taxes; that is totally rediculous.the man behind the counter. Did not inform me about all the extra charges if the tank was not full on return; is this the way that they make extra money. When I called up hertz the woman on the phone was real nasty with me so I will never use them again and will tell all my friends and customers Around the world not to also, maybe you as well since you deal with them

Hertz was fine, finding the office then having to walk 4 blocks to figure out what garage their cars were located was a nightmare.
