  • After a long walk to the Auto Europe counter, I was told I would have to call for a shuttle to the Advantage location. I asked the agent to call for me, but she refused. The car I finally received was nothing like the one described, and the Advantage agent told me they never have that type of car.

  • The location is down a dirt road with "road closed" signs leading to it. The agents were slow in getting people their reserved cars, and seemed to try to sell them additional insurance. My car was very adequate, but again not as described.

  • no much help from the people that work ther. We had a problem whit the driver licence of the first driver and they dont support us for changing the first driver.

  • It needs to be made incredibly clear to the customer that Auto Europe represents multiple agencies. Upon arrival we went to the Auto Europe desk. After too much time (in hours) we went to Advantage which was not even on the airport grounds. Yes, it was in print on the voucher that Advantage was involved somehow but obvious it was not as Auto Europe is the company with whom we rented the car. This is especially the case when, at an airport, there is a very crowded Auto Europe counter and Advantage is nowhere to be seen. Clarity and transparency are needed in large amounts.

  • Left the counter along with two other individuals there who had also dropped off cars, not knowing what our final bill was. We all had zero balance but we did not know what the charges were on each of our visa cards. Disconcerting.

  • AutoEurope should not use Advantage for those not equipped with a European-access mobile phone.

  • Advantage does not maintain a desk in the terminal. Directions were to call a phone number on exiting the terminal. There was no phone available. Mobile phone? I did not have one that worked in Europe. With lots of help I finally contacted Advantage. It took a good 30 minutes total for the Advantage Van to reach me.
