Everything with both of our rental cars went perfect! I was very impressed with how easy it was and how smooth it went. Any questions I had were answered via phone, quick to answer phone and quick to help me out. I would definately use Auto Europe again.

Auto Europe was great. They worked with us to change our reservation and to answer our questions about insurance. fees, etc. They were easy to reach by phone and email with inquiries. The pricing was great.
About the service from the local car rental company - AVIS
Avis was also great. Left side driving was initially challenging and they helped with that. We got a free upgrade to a larger car (somewhat of a mixed benefit with Ireland's narrow roads). However, on the negative side, my credit card was charged using a Euro-Dollar conversion rate higher than the market. I asked to be charged in Euros which they did. But the charge to my card in Dollars was at $1.37 per Euro when everyone else in Ireland (gas, lodging, food, etc) was using $1.29. Avis charged a 30 Euro fee to put a hold on my card to cover any damages. I would think that would be enough, but they seem to have wanted more profit using the exchange rate.

Happy with the service, but the insurance situation should have been made clearer. I had to pay an extra couple of hundred dollars to get rid of a $2,000 deductible.

When we returned the car at Dublin airport your return office was closed. We were not told the closing time. It would have been easier if we had known. Otherwise everything was fine.

it was easy to pick up the car as well as drop it off before our flight home. the car had several dents in it (fairly large) but it ran really well and that's what counts.

While my flight had some delays everything with the car was great. They were waiting for me when I finally got in without any issues. The car operated very well for my entire trip and the price was excellent.

At pickup there was an additional 30 Euro fee that appeared to be a facility pickup fee. I had chosed an non airport pickup location to avoid that additional fee.

I was charged $155 us for 7 day rental.when returning vehicle @dublin hertz charged $40 for some type vehicle fee and tax. Unexpected for me as I thought $155 charge covered everything.

Absolutely trouble free, smooth sailing all the way. I have been renting cars for almost 20 years and this was the easiest transaction yet. Booking is as simple as it gets and probably the cheapest rental I've ever had. No need to look anywhere else, just book with Auto Europe.
