A really great company with wonderful customer service! I no longer search the web for the best car rental deals, because I know AutoEurope has already done that and I can trust them to offer what I want.

I would have preferred a smaller car instead of the mini-van provided...by the time I was at the lot it was too late to request a different vehicle.

drop site in galway was tough to get to and was not advised about early closing time . The woman I dealt with on phone out of galway was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff at Cork unfriendly and unhelpful. Issue re not accepting the suggested credit card with confirmation letter from card company for insurance coverage, staff person would not even look at the letter. Without permission put 3,000 euro hold on my credit card. I plan to follow up with Failte Ireland and Avis. As the first interaction with an Irish person in Ireland, it was certainly not welcoming. I also made sure to let all my relatives and friends in Ireland know about my experience.

Easy to deal with; very pleasant and efficient. Provided a VW Leon via Hertz, which was excellent in all respects.

When I returned the car I left the keys in the car. They told me that I should have brought them to the desk, so I had to go out with me luggage to retrieve them. I suggest a sign telling returners to bring keys to the desk. Otherwise, service was excellent.
