  • The reservation was not in Avis' system when I arrived at the downtown Reykjavik pick-up location, so I had to wait 30 minutes to get that sorted out. Otherwise, the car experience went smoothly and was great service. I would use AutoEurope again whenever traveling in Europe.

  • I would recommend that the employees at the keflavik airport drop off not fill the office and shuttle van with cigarette smoke. It was rather unpleasant. Aside from that everyone was very nice and helpful.

  • Very helpful when we needed to change airport destination. Best rental rates. Voucher price quoted was actual rental total, incl all taxes & basic insurance, no extra fee surprises.

  • Long wait (45 min) at airport counter to get to agent. Helpful staff & not pushy re denial of extra insurance coverage as some other companies can be. Fine car, good rates!

  • Can't say enough good things about the AVIS staff at 2 Knarrarvogur in Reykjavik. Their friendliness, promptness in pickup and delivery from/to our hotel, travel tips, and overall service were top-notch! Kudos to them!! And we had an excellent vehicle.
