Car had 90,000 km and too many dings. Driver seat belt was difficult to put on because latch kept sliding down.

I "had" to upgrade as the car booked was too small. That cost me an additional $250 which I did not like to pay. I would like a full or partial refund as the upgrade, which was discounted somewhat, still was far above the price had the class B car been booked originally. Can you help? I will be traveling to Iceland again and would like to use you again, if I can resolve this. Thanks! Dale

The check-in process was speedy - the small car was clean and agreeable - the only difficulty was the car return - it was not easy to find the car's drop-off point even though it is very close to the airport. I twice had to ask personnel (working at other businesses) - they were good-natured and helpful, but it was not obvious.

They tried to charge me at the end a supplementary insurance that I did not order at the beginning. It really seems like dishonesty!!!

The representative did not give us the keys to the vehicle so we wandered outside in the cold for a while before figuring out she forgot to give them to us. She also was not aware of the GPS included in the rental and did not inform us that there would be a hold on our credit card during the rental. The hold on the card was fine, but she did not let us know at the time of the rental.

Maybe provide a good detailed map for drivers that are new to the country. One they can take home that they can refer to later and it could have your name on it as advertising.

Desk was slightly understaffed on car pick-up which resulted in 30 minute wait. Otherwise, no issues.
