  • the battery in key was empty so car lock/unlock must be done with key only. safe belt on the back seat was broken (didn't lock at all)

  • The agent was not friendly. Our flight was delayed two hours, when we arrived they did not have the car we wanted and then she charged us 50euros more for an upgraded car that was full of dents and had a smashed side view mirror. We had the same reservations at Athens and got a larger car, that was in better shape .we are not happy at all with this service.
