  • Always find AutoEurope helpful, but it was unfortunate they could do nothing to allow my friend's temporary license to be used when the real one had been STOLEN on the metro. Not too helpful; your contracts with franchisees need some revision.

  • Was just impossible to find them at the gare while driving and as a result we missed our train. Couldn't they email in advance the lovely paper they had with a chart and all needed directions? By the time you go and get it on foot it's too late! Bad experience and it would have been so easy to be helpful in advance. They already have the darn paper.
