The booking experience was fine. We've booked with Auto Europe before, and it has always been easy. Picking up the car at Orly was not so easy, however.

It would have been really, really nice if your agent had suggested, or your brochure had provided, information about where to re-fill the gas tank before dropping off the car. We ran out of time searching for a gas station and had to return the tank only half full because we couldn't find a gas station.

the guy at the counter was too busy t give service..however he was professional. the guys who actually handed over the car were very good. I would like to add that the guy SERGE at Brussels airport was very friendly and helpful. They are severely short staffed but still he serivce was great

Upon arrival, we upgraded to include GPS and was told car assigned had GPS installed but when we got to car there was no GPS so we had to get an employee from Hertz to find an add on unit to install and he was to amend the contract to show we were an hour later after actually receiving equipment ordered. Upon return, we were told we would be charged extra day as we were an hour later than original contract - agent who found GPS remembered changing contract and taking extra time to get on road. Management needed to address time and mail new invoice. Not received yet. .
