Overall excellent. Some small scratches on car which were not initially recorded. Representative noted them on rental agreement. As we dropped car off @ 4:00am not able to ascertain if these scratches were documented with rental company? (have the rental agreement) Hyundai was excellent, economical and comfortable. Service on arrival very good. Would have appreciated a brief explanation of the vehicle operation, especially GPS. also GPS froze at one point

The booking via Internet was simple. Pickup went smoothly and the car was in very good condition and excellent to drive. We had a little trouble finding the drop-off point in Perpignan railway station but once we did, the return of the car was simple. So I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you.

service fine. My only problem and hence suggestion is that your loations, in general, have detailed routing directions to "launch" drivers initially from often obscure city rental stations. A good stock of different scale maps should be available. Perhaps a web kiosk with mapping application. Your locations are too much car orientated rather than orientation/destination oriented.
