Great service, but you have lost me for the next rental due to your hidden costs. I received a 70 euro charge from Europcar following my rental, which makes your costs the same or more expensive than if I book directly with them.

The licensing fee should have been a little clearer ahead of time. I was only told of the surcharge for renting at the train station.

The office was hard to find, tucked away behind the railway station. We waited about 25 minutes to be served because there was only one representative on duty. The car was not adjacent to the office- had to walk about 10 mins to a parking garage and spent about another 30 mins locating the car.

As it turns out, the price was equivalent if not more expensive than AVIS once the local taxes were added. I have preferred privileges with AVIS so I guess I would have been better off with them. It was also very frustrating trying to find where to return the car at the Gare St. Jean. There are no signs directing and the GPS took me to the middle of an underground parking lot which, of course, was not the solution.

The airport staff were very kind though I didn't get the car I requested (Mercedes A Class). While it was supposedly put into the reservation, they said there was on record of it.

I found your service easy to use and convenient for my booking of a minivan in France. I found your price reasonable and all-inclusive. Although I did book a GPS with you, Europcar didn't have any trace of the booking. Fortunately, the van had one in it, otherwise they would have charged me extra.

The entire experience was easy. Finding the right place to get the rental in Bordeaux was a little tricky. ( it's not the car lot but inside the terminal and then to the car lot) and returning the car to the de Gaulle airport almost requires a navigator but there were signs and you must be on your toes to find the drop off spot. I thought the price was reasonable and was very happy with the overall experience.

I was a little afraid because they they ran my credit card for car damages because I did not take their insurance. However that was not a problem and I was not charged. The total cost for 8 days 1200 kilometers and drop off at a different location was about 300 euros.
