  • The first car that was provided was a very dirty, smelly car. I kindly asked for another car which was immediately provided. Friendly service! I did not like that I had to sign a document that would put me "on the hook" for (around) $17,500 by not taking any insurance (I used my AMEX card). As you kow and as the Bezier staff should know, by using AMEX, insurance is covered. Then why the "scare-tactic" to have me sign the document???

  • i have used Auto Europe for about 10 years or more for car rentals.

  • I made a mental note to not accept Europcar again. The car windows were not clean when i picked up the car and the guy did a poor job cleaning them. They also gave my car that was supposedly in the same class as my reservation, but the car seemed small and was uncomfortable for extended driving periods. This is not my first bad experience with them. My rental experience with Hertz in Marseille the prior week was much better. i plan to use with Hertz and Avis in the future.
