  • Location of Europcar office in Bordeaux hard to find (behind train station) with no signs visible to indicate where it was. Consequently, got lost and was late returning the car.

  • There is come confusion! We booked our car with Auto Europe' but had great difficulty in finding you in Agen! By pure luck we went into Europcar to ask for help. They had our reservations.

  • The car was excellent, the staff in your office were less than polite, the female who served us was rude, both to us and our hosts, and also to the people before us,who were from Scotland. However, your staff at Toulouse Airport where most polite and helpful and should be commended!
