Did not explain keyless entry as we had not experienced it before and could not get the key to lock. Hertz agent in another city could not help us but referred us to car dealer who sorted us out in 30s

Great service, affordable price' good car but a little smaller than booked : a suitcase had to be put inside the car instead of 2 to be in the trunk, as booked.

I had already started my trip when I got a confirmation from autoeurope on a specific car from eurocar in Brussel on the specified date. At pickup I had not printed out the "voucher" requested at the pick up in Brussel. I therefore had to show a credit card, which I had already presented on the website when I made the order. This was tricky because with the registered payment on the web to eurocar I had reached the limit on my card. I therefore had to present another credit card I had and in my opinion double secure the payment. I hope I will not be doublecharged and will carefully watch my creditcardbill.

I would also propose the possibility to pick up the car outside of the airport; now I picked up at the airport and had to pay the additional tax, I know from Europcar that I could have picked it up in the nearby billage

Better signs and directions to returning the car to Brussels midi. It was brutal. With them having a market right in front of midi we had no idea here to go to park. We were almost late getting our train
