About the service from Auto Europe
On your end We thought your service and response to our one question was satisfactory. One problem the car we thought we reserved through you was not provided, we got what we would classify as a junker and we had to put air in a front tire every day. Avis really did a con job on us which will be described below. If others have had similar experience with Avis, I would hope you would put a caution on your website.

Detailed information about my reservation was not available at the rental office. I had to find Internet and a printer while on travel to print my voucher information. This was extremely inconvenient and took me three days! The condition of the car was also very poor.

The only problem I had was my rental form was in my husband's name and I used my credit card to prepay for it when I went to the office in aruba to pick up the card they wanted my husbands credit card which he never carries with him. I had no idea they would need his credit card because the car was prepaid and no one ever indicated he would need one.this caused me a lot of aggravation because I then had to contact you for another agreement faxed to me in aruba with my name on it.

Co. was efficient with good service. Car was old and somewhat beat up.Noisy when driven. Drivers door broken hinge.

The credit card I used to book was my wife's but I was listed as the driver. I was told I would have to provide a card in my name or we would have to pay an additional $7.00 a day for my wife to be listed as a driver even though she would not be driving?

Every panel on the car had a ding or dent. Tires were worn and the service was good.

Car did not have automatic door open capacity. This made it difficult after opening the driver door manually open the other door for passengers.

The Employees were friendly and helpful. The rental process was smooth and hassle free. The only donwside, the car was in pretty rough condition. It was dented nearly everywhere, well used inside and sounded as though it had front suspension issues. It was also a very small Toyota Yaris, and I thought I was renting a corolla sized vehicle. That said, it got us where were needed to go and back to the rental agency.
