Gran Canaria Airport (LPA)

Airport Overview:

Gran Canaria Airport is situated on the coast of Gran Canaria, one of the Canary Islands. The airport is open 24 hours a day and serves as a hub for Binter Canarias Airlines. Today the Gran Canaria Airport is the largest gateway into the Canary Islands. The airport also serves as an alternative landing site for the Space Shuttle.

Information desks are available in all three zones of the airport. The Gran Canaria Tourist Board also has an information desk in the EU Arrivals hall.

Eating and drinking: At the Gran Canaria Airport you will find bars, coffee shops, a deli and a variety of fast food shops.

Shopping: Shops are available at the airport, including duty-free and a mini supermarket. 

Other facilities: There is a 24-hour medical center, a pharmacy and travel agents available at the airport.
