The Prague Ruzyne Airport first began operating as a civilian airport in 1937 and is constantly seeing renovations and redevelopment to the airport. Most flights depart from the North Terminals (Terminal 1 and 2), while the South Terminals (Terminal 3 and 4) handle small aircraft, VIP flights and a few irregular flights.
