Sydney Airport (SYD)

Airport Overview:

Sydney Airport is Australia’s largest airport and is the oldest operated airport in the world.  Sydney Airport services over 50 airlines – international, domestic and freight combined. Terminal One serves international, Terminal Two serves domestic and Terminal Three is strictly reserved for Qantas flights.

Transportation:

Auto Europe offers car rentals at Sydney Airport as well as offices in downtown Sydney for your car rental needs.  

Rail service is available from the airport to central Sydney and the Sydney suburbs, there are Airport Link stations located at all terminals.  Taxi and bus services are available from the airport as well.

There are several hotels that are close to the Sydney airport, including the Airport Sydney International Inn and Ibis Hotel Sydney Airport.

Hotel Reservations in Sydney are also available through Auto Europe.

The Tourism NSW Information Desk is situated in the center of T1 International Terminal Arrivals.

Airport Facilities:

Money: Bureau de Change is located in T1 International Terminal and ATMs are available throughout all terminals.  

Eating and drinking: Sydney Airport has a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars.

Shopping: There are over 150 retail and service outlets in the airport, including duty-free, hair salons, wine store and many other types of shops.

Other facilities: There is a medical center located in the T1 International Terminal and a pharmacy in the Departures area.
