The Budapest International Circus Festival brings together some of the most outstanding circus artists from around the world for a spectacular show under the big top. This is event has a limited number of shows and the festival takes place only once every two years.

Busójárás Carnival

This event is deep with historic tradition as the Busójárás Carnival takes over the town of Mohács for a celebration that includes everything from parades, folk music and dancing. This annual event has been taking place since the 17th century.

Budapest Spring Festival

This event is the largest annual cultural event in Hungary and features music of all different genres from jazz, contemporary, chamber, and orchestra. There are over 200 events held at multiple venues throughout the city as the festival showcases some of the finest local Hungarian performers, composers and artists.

Harley Davidson Festival
Alsóörs
12 June - 15 June 2008

This annual event takes place near Lake Balaton, as motorcycle fans come out of the woodworks with a parade of Harley's, stunt shows, arm wrestling and other competitive events including beer drinking contests, tug of war and a drumming contest. The highlight of the event is the parade, fireworks and fashion show.
