Well, it finally got cold here in New England. Granted, It’s still warmer than usual, but I’m already thinking about those warm tropical vacations I could be taking to get away from the chill of the winter air. Here’s my vacation wish list, winter 2009 edition.
The Best Hot Destinations to Visit in November
Nice, like so many other European cities works for me on so many levels. Beautiful by day, and exciting by night, Nice is home to some of the world’s finest beaches, bars, and beauties. While it may not be quite as warm as some of the other Mediterranean cities, it more than makes up for it with world class attractions.
Barcelona is filled with all kinds of interesting attractions, including the world famous Gaudi buildings. It’s location lends itself to long walks on the beach, while it’s attitude keeps you up till the wee hours of the morning. I look forward to starting my dinner at 10 p.m. and not leaving the restaurant till 2 or 3 in the morning the next time I get the chance to visit!
I’ve found that I like to visit places that are fun to say, and I’m willing to bet that Malaga is no exception! Nicknamed the “City of Paradise”, Malaga has a rich history, a warm climate, and like so many other Mediterranean cities, a fun-filled nightlife! Stroll through ancient ruins on your way to ocean side restaurants. The Coasta del Sol (Coast of the Sun) won’t leave you disappointed!
