If you arrive by flight into Orly West Terminal, there is a courtesy phone available in the arrivals area by gate G. If you arrive to Orly South Terminal, a courtesy phone is available in the arrivals area by gate M. Use either phone or call 0800-101-261 toll-free from a public phone to arrange for shuttle pick up.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return your vehicle, proceed to the Peugeot Open Europe car park, located in the Juliette Zone of Orly Airport. A Peugeot Open Europe shuttle bus will take you to the departures area.
