Delivery and Return Instructions

After arriving into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from a flight into Terminal 2, halls A, B, C, or D, use the courtesy phone at the Peugeot Open Europe counter on the boutiques level. You may also call toll-free 0800-800-775 from any public phone. After calling, you will be taken by the TT CAR shuttle to pick up your vehicle. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return your vehicle, take highway A1 from Paris to the Charles de Gaulle Airport. Proceed to the Terminal 3 car park opposite to the departures area and park at the TT CAR TRANSIT car park.
