Delivery and Return Instructions

If you are arriving by flight into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at Terminal 1, proceed to the courtesy telephone at the Peugeot Open Europe counter, located on the arrivals level between gates 4 and 6, or call toll-free 0800-800-775 from any public phone. After calling, the TT CAR courtesy shuttle will take you to pick up your vehicle. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return your vehicle, take highway A1 from Paris to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Park your vehicle at Terminal 3 TT CAR TRANSIT car park opposite the departures area.
