Delivery and Return Instructions

For arrivals into Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport, use the shuttle bus for Location de Voitures (car rental) / Sixt / AES Shuttle bus, located at level 0, terminal 2, gate 27. The AES pickup center is next to the Sixt car park. Arrivals into terminal 1 should proceed to terminal 2, gate 27 for the shuttle. In order to contact AES upon arrival, please use one of two toll-free courtesy phones located at gate 27 in terminal 2 and gate 17 in terminal 1. Your correct flight details are very important for the agent to be available at the correct time. If flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the numbers listed below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your prearranged date of return. The procedures and formalities for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return your vehicle to the airport: take highway A43 and then highway A432 towards the Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. At the airport entrance, follow the signs for Location de Voitures. At the roundabout in the rental car zone, you will find signs for the AES Center. Return to the airport terminals using the Location de Voitures / Sixt / AES shuttle bus service.
