Delivery and Return Instructions

Delivery
Upon your arrival, contact MDS / LONDRES RENTALCAR UK by dialing the toll free number 0800 376 98 67 from a public phone at the airport. You will be guided (by phone) to the courtesy shuttle bus which will take you to the London MDS delivery center to pick up your vehicle. Deliveries are only provided upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. In the event of a flight change, please contact MDS / LONDON RENTALCAR UK immediately.

Return
Heathrow: Please make an appointment (by phone) 4 working days in advance by dialling 020 881 996 91 in England or 00 44 20 881 996 91 outside of England. Return to the airport is via the courtesy shuttle bus; you will be dropped off as close as possible to the Departures area. Returns office : MDS / LONDON RENTALCAR UK, Sipson Road, Unit 6 Sovereign Court, UB7 OJE Heathrow.

Gatwick: Please make an appointment (by phone) 4 working days in advance by dialling 020 881 996 91 in England or 00 44 20 881 996 91 outside of England. We will provide precise instructions where you will be met in order for you to hand over your vehicle.

Note: Returns are received only based on an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with MDS / LONDON RENTALCAR UK.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends and public holidays.

Attention: Deliveries and returns at London Airport are handled from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 4 days in advance with MDS / LONDON RENTALCAR UK.

How to get there for the drop-off by car (Heathrow airport only):
By car: (Heathrow airport only) From South/from North, take M4 direction Heathrow. Exit 4 Heathrow. Take A4 direction Londres. Station Service Texaco crossing A4 and Sipson Road. Center MDS / LONDON RENTALCAR UK at 50 m of the service station Texaco.
