Delivery and Return Instructions

After arriving into Brussels Airport from a flight, proceed to the car rental area and look for the Ready Service window for Europcar. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return your vehicle at the airport, take the Boulevard Léopold III (highway A201). Follow the car rental park signs and enter the first car park on the left after the bridge, parking in a Europcar parking space. Proceed to the Europcar office in the car park.
